"I regularly change my car every two years and have always bought from local dealers. I have found the experience of buying from dealers so exhausting and frustrating. They never call you back and always seem to be able to avoid answering a simple question, like How Much will it cost!!
It was a refreshing change when I decided to lease my first vehicle from Stable Vehicle Contracts. I first searched their web site and looked at the VW deals available. I noticed a great deal on a VW Golf which sounded ideal. I called the enquiries number, fully expecting that the deal had numerous extras or catches but I was pleasantly surprised to hear that the cost shown on the web site was accurate and after asking a lots of questions to the very helpful salesman I ordered the vehicle for delivery in September.
The information I received always came promptly and when I sent e-mails asking questions, my e-mails were always returned promptly and professionally with accurate information.
On the day of delivery of my new car I received a phone call from Stable Vehicle Contracts in the morning confirming it was on its way. The delivery man called an hour later to advise his arrival time which was very accurate. When he arrived he was very professional and offered to show me the vehicle controls etc.
The vehicle was delivered in pristine condition.
My own business relies on exceptional customer service and I expect the same in return which is why I have no hesitation in recommending Stable Vehicle Contracts.

The Golf Estate is great, really comfortable and cruises along with the ‘big boys’ on the motorways. I’m glad you recommended the ‘Bluemotion’, God knows how it works (I’m such a girl) but I’m averaging about 64 mpg which is great. I found the service from Stable Vehicles excellent and your professional approach instilled me with confidence when chosing the right car for my needs but also for using your company. I was delighted with the service provided by Dino. From first contact to delivery of the car took only 10 days and it co-ordinated perfectly with the sale of my old car. The price offered was competitive and so far everything has been spot on.
A note for VWFS – I was asked for two original bills delivered in the last 3 months to prove address, no problem except for the requirement for them to be originals, not web downloads. Nearly all my bills are in paperless form (it often save money) and the trend will be more towards this in future. VWFS need to find a way around this. (editor's notes - we have put your comments to VWFS and are awaiting there reponse)
