In this article, Stable Vehicle Contracts goes through the best car lease offers & deals for December 2021

It's the last month of the year and we have a variety of excellent car leasing offers to make your Christmas a festive one.

If you prefer to watch a video, click the YouTube video below. Otherwise, continue further down to read the December 2021 best leasing deals.

So what do we have this December? We've got the popular compact SUV Volkswagen T-Cross Active. This car is scheduled to be delivered from January 2022 onwards, so not too long to wait hopefully. If you're after something a bit more premium, we have the Lexus ES Saloon that comes with a large amount of fancy tech.

We have two large SUVs. Firstly the Audi Q5 Sport model and the SEAT Ateca SE Technology model. Both are spacious and easy to drive, with the Audi being the winner in terms of comfort and quality. Another compact SUV we have featured is the Skoda Kamiq. It's a pleasant and affordable crossover with enough features to keep most happy.

And finally, we have an EV (electric vehicle) that is offering December 2021/January 2022 delivery periods. It's the Fiat 500 70kW 24kWh Red Auto Edition.

Best Car Lease Offers & Deals December 2021

You may or may not know that car leasing as of recently has been a tricky process. Delays in cars being built and shipped are happening en masse due to a semiconductor shortage. A semiconductor is a small electronic circuit used to power many things in your car. And your car can contain hundreds of these little things and will not work without them.

The ongoing Covid-19 pandemic hasn't helped either, with manufacturers backed up with thousands of orders waiting to be built and shipped. It's unfortunately a perfect storm of problems that will take the manufacturers some time to catch up with.

Fortunately, the good news is that Stable Vehicle Contracts is part of a large Volkswagen & Audi dealership group, meaning we can secure cars easier from our suppliers and get them straight to your doorstep as soon as we can.

Why Should I Lease A Car?

Cars have slowly been getting more expensive over the years, it would be hard to deny this. Things that cost £8,000 brand new back in 2005 are now costing £15,000 new. But cars are more packed with technology and safety features than ever, which means the prices had to change with the times.

Car leasing represents a cost-effective way of owning a brand new vehicle without paying a large sum in one go. Leasing contracts are fixed, meaning you pay the same monthly price each month. Once the contract is over you simply hand the car back.

As an example, the above Volkswagen T-Cross Black Edition deal is just under £11,000 spread across 4 years. This makes it far easier to manage your finances as well as drive a brand new and reliable car. A used car in comparison could be roughly the same price but suffer from previous owner neglect, as well as having no manufacturers warranty.

Our car leasing process is extremely simple too. No more visiting dealerships and having to deal with pushy salesmen. Simply enquire or order your vehicle online through our finance application process, after choosing the appropriate annual mileage, initial rental and contract length.

Our sales team will be in contact with you to guide you through the process and get the car delivered straight to your doorstep. Our leasing process is stress-free, simple and clear. Check out our verified 900+ 5-star reviews to see what our customers say about our services.

Lexus ES Saloon 2.5 CVT Premium Edition | From £325.89 per month*

The Lexus ES is a stylish and reliable 4 door saloon that makes an excellent daily commuter, as well as being perfect for longer trips. This particular model in question is the CVT Premium Edition which features a Mild Hybrid engine, which helps to increase your mpg and reduce fuel costs. It has a 2.5-litre automatic engine that offers 218bhp, enough for it to get up to speed very quickly.

Features-wise, it comes with 4 driving modes (EV/Eco/Normal/Sport), Apple CarPlay & Android Auto, dynamic radar cruise control, intelligent parking sensors, lane assist, a 12.3" multimedia screen and sat nav. It also has a reversing camera, meaning you never need to worry when parking.

Audi Q5 Estate 50 TFSI e Quattro Sport Auto | From £483.59 per month*

A fan favourite, the Audi Q5 SUV is a popular and reliable car and now has PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid Vehicle) models as well. This 2.0-litre petrol model has a 299bhp engine that offers a 0-60mph time of just 6.1 seconds.

The 14.1kWh lithium-ion battery offers a 26 mile (WLTP) range of electric power, which makes it a good choice for the school runs if you can keep it charged.

Features you get in the Audi Q5 TFSI e Quattro Sport include front & rear parking sensors, Audi drive select, Audi virtual cockpit plus with a 12.1" screen, cruise control + speed limiter, MMI satellite navigation, reversing camera, power tailgate and much more.

SEAT Ateca 1.5 TSI EVO SE Technology 5dr | From £248.85 per month*

If the Audi Q5 is too expensive for your budget, the SEAT Ateca 1.5 SE Technology might be a worthy alternative. It's a handsome car that has a roomy interior, making it a perfect budget family car. It's also, according to numerous reviews, incredibly easy to drive and very well equipped for the price.

The SEAT Ateca 1.5 isn't a fast SUV by any stretch of the imagination, but it gets you there comfortable and gently, with the 0-62mph time being around 9.3 seconds. Fuel economy is good and you can expect up to 45mpg if you take it easy on the gas.

The SE Technology trim offers 18-inch alloy wheels, a 9.2-inch central infotainment system, satellite navigation, cruise control, keyless GO and voice recognition. You also get metallic paint as a free choice when you order this vehicle, instead of paying a premium.

Skoda Kamiq TSI 110 SE Auto 5dr | From £149.63 per month*

The cheapest SUV on this list. The Skoda Kamiq, pronounced 'Kam-ick', is a budget compact SUV that does its best to rival more expensive SUVs (and does a good job at that). It features a 110bhp engine which will get you to 62mph in around 10 seconds. Again, not a super-fast SUV but it's not far off the SEAT Ateca 1.5 which is £100 more per month.

The dinky and capable engine can offer up to 45mpg if you drive carefully. The Skoda Kamiq SE offers some basic spec which includes, Bluetooth connectivity, E-calling, front assist, lane assist, PAS, a speed limiter, service indicator, trip computer and Wireless SmartLink for Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and Mirrorlink.

Fiat 500 70kW Red 24kWh Auto 3dr | From £189.45 per month*

The Fiat 500 is one of the most popular cars on UK roads, thanks to its excellent safety rating and reliability. Now Fiat have added an EV to their range, which comes in a 70kW 24kWh model. The 24kWh battery offers a range of 115 miles (WLTP), which will be slightly lower during winter months, so in real-world miles, you'll be looking at around 100.

Horsepower-wise, the little Fiat makes 93bhp which gives it enough acceleration to hit 0-62mph in 9.5 seconds. The top speed is around 84mph, which may seem low, but when you buy a smaller electric car you are going for the excellent fuel-saving options, rather than worrying about breaking top speed records.

The Fiat 500 Red comes with a 10.25-inch central touchscreen with satellite navigation built-in, a 7" TFT digital instrument cluster, cruise control, front & rear parking sensors, lane assist and wireless Apple CarPlay & Android Auto. It's kitted out quite well for an affordable model.

The great thing about this EV is that it's available for December 2021 and January 2022 delivery, which is hard to come back currently due to the chip shortage. You also get metallic paint as a free choice when you order this vehicle, instead of paying a premium.
