The Mercedes Generation EQ concept was one of our favourite electric vehicle concepts at Paris Motor Show. The concept is a platform on which the company will build as many as ten electric cars by 2025. Its stand out feature is what Mercedes are calling the ‘Black Panel’ – a large digital LED panel that replaces the grille.
The interior of the car follows the trends of other carmakers with a fully touch-screen interface.
This was probably the most normal-looking concept electric vehicle at Paris Motor Show, with one of the more unusual ones being the Volkswagen I.D. At least Generation EQ doesn’t have blue wheels.
