Jaguar has updated the 2021 E-Pace bringing major updates to the range of motors available and some physical design changes, both inside and out.

What we know about the new 2021 Jaguar E-Pace:

  • Facelifted exterior with new bumpers, vents and mesh grille update
  • Front and rear LEDs updated with new undertray at the rear too
  • New interior features including a new drive selector and instrument clusters
  • New 11.4-inch infotainment system and reshaped centre console
  • Set of new plug-in hybrid engines

2021 Jaguar E-Pace Exterior Updates

The E-Pace sees updates to the front and rear bumpers, a new and bolder mesh-style grille adorned with a chrome surround and larger corner vents. New headlights sport the double J LED design which looks fantastic. A new undertray sits at the back but is subtle enough not to be noticed.

The interior has seen its fair share of changes in the new E-Pace. A new 11.4-inch infotainment system dominates the centre console, which is the command centre for Jaguar's Pivi Pro system. This includes the usual tech such as Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, Google and Microsoft related apps etc. The design of the centre console has been updated to give the driver a bit more space for their legs. A 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster is an optional spec that sits behind your wheel and gives you plenty of flexibility when it comes to driving information.

2021 Jaguar E-Pace Engine Updates

The main changes to the E-Pace have been the updates of the range of engines available. It comes with a diesel and petrol range, as well as a petrol plug-in hybrid. The diesel and petrol engines get Jaguar's 2.0-litre four-cylinder with all-wheel-drive, a nine-speed automatic gearbox and mild-hybrid tech in the form of a 48V lithium-ion battery that goes under the boot. There is a front-wheel-drive diesel option but it doesn't come with any hybrid technology.

The petrol plug-in hybrid is a 1.5-litre three-cylinder engine with an electric motor powering the rear wheels. This hybrid tech gives the Jaguar E-Pace a 0-60mph in 6.1 seconds and a 34-mile electric-only range if you ever run out of petrol.
